Happy Holidays!!

Happy Holidays! I can't believe that it is already the end of the year. 2006 has been a whirlwind of activity and travelling for us. Our website www.ExerciseAndNutritionWorks.com has been steadily growing and we haven't even switched over yet to our new site!

Anyway, here is our simple little "Holiday Tree" with presents all around. Since we are flying out to San Antonio on the 20th, we thought we should keep it small. We are truly looking forward to a few days off to catch up with family and time the time to reflect on this amazing year. We are so thankful for our families and all of our wonderful clients and customers. Their loyalty and interest is what pushes us to continue to improve.

We are thankful for Gold's Gym International and Max Muscle Corporation for their support in our exceptional Certification Programs. We are so excited about all that we have to offer the CFNS program in the coming months.

Keep checking in as 2007 is going to be our best year yet!!
