March Update

Okay, I know it's been awhile. I have been meaning to write but every weekend is just a blur. Besides the fact that I am now training 2 times a day - EVERY day, just keeping up with the food and the supplements I am taking is a full time job.

Of course, we have been incredibly busy at Exercise & Nutrition Works working on expanding our Certification programs, and we have been in development with Mike Gee on a new fitness program (for Personal Trainers, Coaches, Health Practictioners & fitness enthusiasts) that can be incorporated into your existing programs.

So, to answer all of your questions, YES, alot has changed in the last 4 weeks. Let's see, as of last week, here are my stats (I weigh and measure in again tomorrow):

Weight: 124 (lost total of 17 lbs since January 2nd)
Body Fat %: 15 (lost total of 10.63% since 1/2/07)
Body Fat Mass: lost 17. 56 lbs
Lean Body Mass: gained .50 lbs of MUSCLE!!

I am right on track!! WOOHOO!!
I also expect to have the biggest changes happen over the next four weeks, so do keep posted, as I PROMISE I will post my stats - AND, I will also post some pictures.

So, the Competition is in exactly one month (from today), and I am ready!! We are just fine tuning now, with some pretty tough nutrition tweaks. Lots of fish, chicken and vegetables. And that's about it!! My energy level has been a challenge just the last week or so. Doing 2 hours of cardio a day (1 hour in the morning, and 1 hour at night), along with my weight training 4 days a week, and it makes for a pretty tired Lisa.

Needless to say, I don't get out much - mainly because I spend most of my time either at the gym or at the office. I only go home to sleep and that is about it. And, as tough as it sometimes seems, the payoff has been AMAZING.

My body has COMPLETELY changed, and Lucho is loving it as much as I am. I know this sounds tough, but I just HAD to go shopping this week, because all of my clothes (including my "skinny jeans") were just falling off me. I really can't believe that I am wearing a size 2 or XS - and even they are comfortably loose. Even if I didn't win (which I will), this has been the greatest payoff!!

I LOVE feeling and looking this healthy, strong & sexy!! SNAP, it's good!!
